Shipping & Handling
All orders will receive a tracking number. Depending on your location, we use various service providers to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.
Once your package is ready for shipping, it will be handed off to a third-party service provider and it will no longer be our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier your package was shipped with.
Please note that processing times may take longer during the holiday season or specific sales and promotions.
Any applicable import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will contact you directly to have these charges paid so that your delivery can be completed. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
