How do I care for my jewelry?
While our jewelry is long-lasting and durable, it is important, nevertheless, to keep it looking as good as new. Make sure to remove your jewelry prior to bathing and avoid contact with perfumes, moisturizers and beauty products. In addition, we recommend storing your pieces inside our custom satin pouch and box provided with every order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Each element is inspected prior to it being packaged for delivery. We test all the clasps, closures and earring backings of the jewelry to ensure they are working properly. To further protect your jewelry, each element is wiped with a jewelry cloth, packaged in a clear bag to avoid contact with other elements, then placed in a custom satin pouch within our custom jewelry box.
What currency are your products listed in?
Our products are listed in USD. As much as we would love to charge in our home currency (CAD), our banking institution mandates we charge in USD for transaction fluency. Rest assured we are working on this!
